Today is the 24th day of Art Every Day Month. May your day be a creative one! Sorry the post was late today. I wrote it last night and then forgot to hit the post button!
The box below is a widget that I provide each day as an optional place to share a direct link (blog post or flickr image) to that day's creation. If you don't have something to share today, don't worry about it! Share when you can. In the meantime, be sure to check out what other participants are creating! Check out the links from today's post, the previous day's posts and the links in the sidebar for instant inspiration. You can also see lots of great work in the AEDM flickr group. Feel free to share your work there too!
If you use the widget, please link to a specific blog post (or specific image if you're linking to a flickr page or other website) instead of your main blog page or website. If you want to share, but don't have a specific page to link to, feel free to use the comments section of this post to share what you're working on. If you're posting less than once a day, no problem! Simply use the latest one of these posts to share a link to your creation! For some, it's too much to keep up with posting every day, but don't let that get you down. Do it if you can and if you can't, just keep on creating, that's the most important part. If you get off track and miss a few days of creating, don't let that freeze you up either. Just pick up where you left off and keep moving forward. One foot in front of the other. You are making your life a more creative one with each step.

good morning leah, I was a bit worried about you when I didn’t see the aedm thingy up, so am happy all is well…
I love this most recent painting, it’s deeper, richer colors and the background texture…I haven’t tried that for some time and am inspired to give it a go, perhaps today…moving slow, we will see
I am thankful to you for starting this group this month because it has helped me immensely to reconnect with the inner artist, NOT the inner critic, post whatever I had and be good with it…so thank you…hoping you have a good thanksgiving week! (I like to either ignore or prolong celebrations-not just ONE day!)

It’s amazing how many of these quotes line up – so much like The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, to which I owe much of the fact that I’m painting again. It’s all up to us – let it flow or block it…

Hi everyone, I’ve been busy creating my online shop to sell the things I’ve been making. Finally it’s done and I can return to making things and playing around with materials again – bliss!

Today, I doodled on my new Quote Book, an idea from jennlui. I started and finished it this evening. This is an accomplishment for me, since many projects remain unfinished. Why do i do that? Why do I lose energy on something halfway through?

soooooo i have been having WAY too much fun making all kinds of affirmation cards… i am a big BIG fan of affirmations, affirmation books and yep affirmation card decks, that i have decided to create my very own. in having way too much fun, i decided to create mantra mondays!!! my very first mantra monday and affirmation card are up, come and check it out!!!
