I did not know what the book was when I picked it up. As I looked at what it was for all the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end, and I began to weep. I could not believe the timing. Julia Cameraon refers to this kind of serendipity. It happens often. So I am always in this book somewhere now, reading and rereading it from time to time. I initially did the book over three months or so, as it directs, and did remove my blockage. I've been painting ever since. I highly recommend it, and a group would be a great way for someone to approach this material. It's powerful stuff - because it's YOU. All of you.
