I really enjoyed listening to this.I’m jealous of the California weather.We still have alot of snow,and may be getting some more.I use the weather for an excuse alot,for not exercising.Differant areas of my body are constantly fighting back and forth,each saying to me what they want.I’m not allways listening.

Thanks for sharing this! Briana’s writing style and approach really grab me. I love what she has to say so far.
