Art Every Day Month Check-In: Day 4

Welcome to day 4 of Art Every Day Month! I hope you're all enjoying yourselves! Remember to take the pressure off about creating something perfect each day, let go of that urge and have fun!
I usually post my art at the end of the day, but every morning there will be a check-in post like this one, where you can share your work whenever you're ready to do so.
The box below is a widget that I provide each day as an optional place to share a direct link (blog post or flickr image) to that day's creation. If you don't have something to share today, don't worry about it! Share when you can. In the meantime, be sure to check out what other participants are creating! Check out the links from today's post and the links on the participant page for instant inspiration. You can also see lots of great work in the AEDM flickr group. Feel free to share your work there too!
If you use the widget, please link to a specific blog post, not your main blog page or website (or you can link to a specific image if you're linking to a flickr page.) For example, last year for day one I linked to my first post: http://creativeeveryday.com/creativeeveryday/2010/11/the-owl-and-the-pussycat.html instead of my main blog page: http://www.creativeeveryday.com. This makes it easier for people to find your work. If you want to share, but don't have a specific page to link to, feel free to use the comments section of this post to share what you're working on. If you're posting less than once a day, no problem! Simply use the latest one of these posts to share a link to your creation. For some, it's too much to keep up with posting every day, but don't let that get you down. Do it if you can and if you can't, just keep on creating, that's the most important part. If you get off track and miss a few days of creating, don't let that freeze you up either. Just pick up where you left off and keep moving forward. One foot in front of the other. You are making your life a more creative one with each step.
How to participate in Art Every Day Month: Check out the AEDM info page for all the details, instructions on how to get involved, and then visit the participant sign up page before you use the link widget to share your creations. The Information page also has instructions about how to use the widget below, if you're having any trouble with it.

Twitter: If you're on Twitter (I'm on there as @leah_art), I'll be using the hashtag #aedm2012 to mark Art Every Day Month tweets. It helps to find others who are tweeting about AEDM!
Instagram: You can use the same #aedm2012 hashtag if you're playing along on Instagram.
Creative Every Day Challenge participants: If you're not doing Art Every Day Month, you can still use any of the daily Art Every Day Month check-in posts to leave your weekly link.

I am setting goals today, and welcome everyone to come share their goals for the week.
Leah, Your painting Potential may have me pulling the mermaid that I said in today’s post was out to the works in progress pile. I love the colors and the contrast of the sharpness of the shape of the trees to the fuzzyness of the background.
I love the sparks of ideas I get from this challenge!

This is a fantastic idea!. I am developing a gratitude project along the month of november, it involves taking a photo every day. As I want to capture an attitude of thanks, process the photos and so on… it is a great creative challenge too. I will link the results here. Thanks! Your painting from yesterday is wonderful

Stayed up way too late last night looking at all the great AEDM posts but it was worth it and besides, since we turned the clocks back last night, I was not any worse for the wear! Good work everyone!

We went to a Halloween party last night and the hostess created most of the props. I had to share her creativity today.

Aedm is always in my busiest month with my children & close friends/family Birthdays. So I’ve been creative but had no time to post on my blog yet. Therefore, tomorrow I shall post a bulk update & then hopefully get posting a bit more regularly.
Meanwhile, just wanted to say hi & that I’ll be joining the party properly from tomorrow
