Creative Every Day 2021

December 30th, 2020

It certainly has been a challenging year! For those looking for a gentle push towards daily creativity in all formats, I welcome you to join in! Simply comment below to sign up for the Creative Every Day Challenge in 2021. Leave your blog/website/instagram account if you have one, but it's ok if you don't! This is a low pressure challenge, but I hope it's an ongoing reminder to commit yourself to a creative lifestyle. I believe creativity can be found in everything from the mundane, every day activities to the more formal pursuits of art-making. It all feeds into the same well of creativity within you!

Feel free to check in here or on the Facebook group. You can use the #ced2021 hashtag on Twitter or Instagram. You can find me on instagram at and on Twitter at

Just a question. Have you published a children’s book before? Several years ago I had one going. I was illustrating it and fell into a slump.

Sounds good- I need to re commit to my creativity. Bring on 2021!

Not yet! I took a break last year, but I’m working on it. :)

Yes, bring on 2021!

I need to get back to a daily or even weekly dose of creativlty. 2021 has to be better for all of us. Happy New Year!

I can’t guarantee everyday. I can’t guarantee posting on FB or reading everyone’s amazing posts. But I can huaran6being there in spirit and showing up as and when. Have a good 2021.

Thank you for hosting this again Leah! I am hoping to find new ways to express my creativity in 2021. It is nice to see what others are doing and get inspired.

I want to get back to making art again! The last few years have been difficult and I need a good “escape.” I look forward to being more active in my studio and in the Facebook group. Thank you ror this space!

Hi, I’d like to participate this year if possible. I won’t be able to post daily or anything as I’m in uni also, but need my creativity to keep my sanity especially with Covid etc.

I’m on IG: @infinitelyoddsocks

I don’t have a blog, website etc or any other social media so hope this is okay.

Amy, yes, that’s totally ok! No blog or even social media required. :)

I’m super excited to participate in this endeavor! Thanks so much for your inspiration. I probably won’t be able to do it daily but as much as possible and cannot wait to get started!

Oh! I hit submit too early. I am going to be painting and drawing mainly. But I am also determined to learn to sew and embroider this year. Either that or a become a collector of sewing and embroidery paraphernalia. Sometimes that happens. I’m kind of an erratic and unfaithful arter.

So much has happened in my life since I use to participate years ago. Thank you Leah for continuing this creative outlet. Bless everyone as we inspire each other and hold up the creative light!

No blog or website . Just looking to be inspired and to have a more productive year creatively !

I’m so glad I found this site. I teach Art and love creating all kinds.

My goal is to give myself permission to take time to create. At the your
No age of 67, I have struggled with this my entire life. There is always something “more important” that stands in my way. Not in 2021!

I’m in! A lot of my creative life is on Insta @miss_kim_bliss but I just started a new blog :)

Leah! I was here in 2008! I tried to re-commit a few years ago, but it didn’t work out. Here it is, 13 years later, and why not! So happy to see you are continuing this challenge. I’m developing a blog this week. Thank you for holding this space again. <3

I’ve been doing monthly art projects since the middle of last year, and have a goal to continue them through 2021 and beyond. Different sizes/materials/themes each month, because I’ve found switching things up helps me stay creative.

Good luck, everyone!!!

Yay! Looking forward to more mindfully including something creative and posting. It’s always such a joy and inspiration to know I have a place to share my stuff and Oooooh and Ahhhhhh over others’.

Thank you, Leah, for continuing this great “service”.

Hi Leah and ced community. I’ve just found this, better late than never. I do believe this is inspiring and just the perfect place to keep me motivated. Thank you
