  5. I hope I’m not too late to join. I just found your blog, and creativity is my life. I have to do something creative every day. I hope this challenge is going to continue in 2009. I’m going to add you to my google reader, so I’ll remember to come back.

  6. Happy Holidaze to everyone!!!–it sure was fun to do this for a Year! and I just cannot believe that a whole year has gone by…I will be “creative everyday” for the rest of my life. thanks so much Leah! have a wonderful 2009…..

  7. Hi Leah, I would love to join in. I thought I had sent you a note but I didn’t see it when I checked back. Please include me. Thanks so much, Diane

  8. Kind of a heavy post this time, on my part. Some of my art and then some thoughts on the abstract works of some others…

I’m looking forward to the challenge in 2009 – and I like that first theme. Great starting idea.

  9. I have posted the current painting I am working on, well, one of them, that I am “in progress” with :)

I don’t know how to put in the URL of the specific work since it’s on my blog; hope you don’t mind if I just use the blog address…it’s the one on top today.

happy new year and creative blessings to everyone!

  10. Just posted two journal pages done in an emergency room at a medical center while waiting to see if Phil was going to have a heart attack. Thank God, no, he didn’t. But while he was asleep due to morphine, I managed to find a journal and one pathetic black pen in my purse. They kept me sane!

  11. Hello Everyone!
I am up for the challenge. I feel I am creative everyday already…but it’ll be interesting to “document” it..to see if I realy am! One of the things I really want to do is journaling. But I seem to have a mental block with laying it all there. I don’t think I draw well but I also don’t want to use other peoples images….and I know that I have to draw to get better…so we’ll see what happens in ’09! I’m gonna go post the widget on my blog now! :o) Happy New Year!

  12. The two projects I posted really were fun, so the theme is already moving into my work. I made the cover for an abundance journal and a collage for hopes and dreams for the new year. They were both ‘no rules’, ‘no expectations’ art- that’s why I liked them so much.

    Hope you enjoyed your holidays.

  13. Today I posted two new paintings I am just beginning…

happy new year, each and every one! here’s to a wonderful year of being creative in the life we each lead! :)

  15. sign me up! i started blogging in january of 2008 so that i would at least think about making art daily, even if i didn’t actually physically create anything, and it helpd me be more focused and creative- and, yes, freer to play. look forward to seeing what everyone else is doing-

  16. Wow! This is exciting…I’ve started what I call “Family Angels” Stay tuned. I’ll post what I have in the next few hours! I look forward to seeing all of yours too!

  17. Having this site and the creativity log I made is really keeping me motivated this year.

And I love seeing what you have all been doing. Such amazing creativity of all types.

  18. This is my first time posting here. I hope I’m doing this right. :)

I’m off to explore some of your websites. So far, I really like the feel of this little community.

  19. I’m working on finding something creative about each day. It’s usually writing, photography or homekeeping. I’ll keep “the unknown” in mind, as that’s a big part of my spiritual journey…liminal space, mystery, etc. Thank you for your inspiring prompts!
