Art Every Day Month 2021

October 25th, 2021

Art Every Day Month is once again right around the corner! This will be the 20th year I have been creating daily for the month of November and inviting others to join in. Art Every Day Month (AEDM) is a low pressure challenge for anyone who wants to challenge themselves to create daily for a month. Low pressure means if you miss a day, brush yourself off, and get back to it. No worries. By art, I'm talking a broad view. You could be cooking, taking pictures, dancing, writing music, crafting for the holidays, painting, sculpting, writing poetry, making jewelry, sewing, knitting, art journaling, you name it. You could decide to do a small 2"x2" drawing each day, work each day on one big project, or you could do something different every day. Up to you! I tend to do more drawing and painting because that's what I like, but you can follow your heart. Take some time this month to think about what you might like to work on or just show up and create!

If you're on Facebook, join the Facebook group where you can share your creations as well. If you're on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook you can use the hashtag #arteverydaymonth2021. I'll also have a daily post here starting November 1st, where you can share links to creations you've made.

Read more about the challenge here and then sign up below by leaving a comment. If you have a blog, website, flickr page, or instagram handle where you'll be sharing, share that below in the Mr. Linky form. If you aren't sharing your work online, then just leave a comment on this blog post saying that you're participating.

The challenge begins November 1st!

I’m in! Trying again this year!

Looking forward to participating again this year!

I’m up to the Challenge!

I am always so thrilled when this comes around even though I am barely a dabbler in the art world – thank you for the oppoortunity to share in a supportive, no pressure creative community

I tried to leave a comment yesterday and got an error message. I’m definitely in and letting my readers know every day until the 1st.

Thanks to Elizabeth for letting us know you will be on blogger again this year Leah, I love how you give us the freedom to share whatever and whenever we have the time during November. Thank YOU.
Creative wishes Tracey x

I loved doing this last year and so pleased it is back. Thank you Elizabeth for letting us know.

I am joining the challenge.
Cheers, Nita

Thanks for hosting this again this year. I will be posting artsy things as-close-to-every-day as I can. Though my subscribing patrons will get the most art, some posts will be free to the public in the public feed on my patreon and on my studio blog here: http://sheilalynnkart.blogspot.com/
P.S. Not much of a fan of social media anymore. I recently closed my fb account. But, I may tweet a few things at some point during the month to point people toward this fun and refreshing method to inspire creative activity… Every Day. :-)
~Blessings!

Looking forward to creating more art!

Hi Leah!!
I’m so excited to participate, but I’m bringing the challenge down for myself—I’m committing to a doodle every work day this month! And by doodle, I mean just that—anything I happen to put down! Probably something very small …
Thanks so much for organizing this!

Thank you Leah! Yes, I am in.. and will share on the group!

Thanks for hosting this yearly for us. I already create most days lately but having a challenge always keeps me focused and I really enjoy seeing others’ creative posts! Happy autumn (or spring), everyone!

Hi Leah,
I’m joining you again for this and will be posting on Instagram! So amazed that you’ve kept this up for so long! Thanks so much!

I’m in!

It’s time to get my creative juices going. I’ve missed using them for many years .

I’m late but I am in. Thanks Leah.

Thank you so much Leah for inviting us to this beautiful creative community. Can’t wait to create in community with you all this month. Love and blessings always, Marga
